Leadership Development Program

We start with the perspective that we are all leaders when we take responsibility for our impact. This series of workshops focuses on increasing the leadership capacity and impact of your people. Workshops include interactive exercises, coaching and group discussions customized for your specific needs. Participants can expect to develop greater self-awareness and learn practical and relevant leadership skills. Workshops focus on the level of self, other and team and topics include: awareness, attention and listening; collaboration and powerful relationships; challenging conversations; feedforward; high performance teams, commitment and accountability, etc.

Myers Briggs (MBTI) Workshop

Myers Briggs is the world's most widely used personality indicator.

People all over the world use Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to gain valuable insights about themselves and the people they interact with.  Team workshops are a great way to deepen the learning and build team engagement, connection and communication. The Myers Briggs assessment is completed online prior to the workshop. We take an interactive, experiential approach so you can experience the different personality types in action, and develop a deep understanding and appreciation of the differences. Discovering powerful new insights for you and your team, we develop strategies for leveraging strengths and addressing areas for development.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i and EQ-i 360) Workshop

We know EQ directly impacts job performance and that it can be improved throughout a person's lifetime. An EQ assessment is helps you understand and develop the core building blocks of your EQ including your level of emotional and social functioning, your ability to recognize your own feelings, the feelings of others and your ability to manage your emotions well.  The assessment is completed online prior to the workshop.

The workshop provides the opportunity to develop your EQ competencies through an engaging and interactive program with your team. You can expect to discover more about emotional intelligence, why it matters and to deepen your capacity in core EQ competencies. You will set personal goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
